Shipping policy

·         Fleeon.com ships in Indian as well as ship internationally.

·         Fleeon does ship internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.

·         Price are shown in Indian Rupee as well as US Dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.

·         International orders may require 5-6 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate item to one location for shipment.

·         Fleeon is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

·         Tires, Hazardous, oversize and easily damaged items cannot be shipped internationally. These product types includes all:

  •     -   Bodywork
  •     -   Exhausts
  •     -   Oversize Luggage
  •     -   Stands
  •     -   Windshields

·         Fleeon.com tries its best to ensure fast delivery to its customers and average delivery of order after the payment is received is about 7 working days.

·         We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

·         To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. 

·         If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on 9624022600 (09:00AM - 07:00PM) or mail us at [email protected], mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. 

·         Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

·         Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restriction. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you in the checkout process on our site.
